We deliver across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are 2–4 business days for Dhaka and major cities, and 4–7 business days for other districts. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, natural events, or public holidays are outside our control.
All products sold on Chhaya Mart are sourced from authorised distributors and are 100% genuine. We do not sell counterfeit, refurbished, or grey-market products. If you believe a product is not genuine, contact us immediately and we will investigate within 48 hours.
Chhaya Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the specific order in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
